We are looking for a Building Operator for a Real Estate company managing a diverse portfolio of office, retail, residential, industrial, and mixed-use properties.

Property Maintenance and Repair
Promoting a proactive approach to property maintenance by working with the Operations team, and trades to establish preventative maintenance programs and processes.Perform daily inspections and regular preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, electrical, and life safety systems; maintain and operate various building management systems and equipment.Ensure all common and adjacent public areas are clean, free from litter, and in a good state of repair.Minor property maintenance tasks may be required from time to timeCoordinate with the Property Management team and trades to complete capital projects, renovations, and routine maintenance.Monthly generator testing (weekend schedule may be required).
 Qualifications
Experience working as a building operator on commercial or retail properties.4th Class Power Engineering Certificate.Strong knowledge and understanding of maintenance.Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
