Our focus on our people, culture and capabilities allows us to make a difference for our clients and the communities we serve. **Your Responsibilities** + Assist with project document reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.). + Attend pre-construction meetings and document discussions. + Assist with review and report on project mock-ups. + Perform periodic site visits and utilize a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items. + Assist in project field performance testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, infrared testing, etc.). + Assist in project task management and coordination. + Participate in continuing education. + Perform various office related tasks. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience** + Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field. + Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects. + Ability to work in a team environment. + Strong customer service commitment. + Excellent communication and documentation skills. + Professional attitude and commitment to succeed + Persistence and good work ethic + General understanding of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus. + Valid driver's license and a clean MVR. _This description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that may be required of the employee and other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or may be changed at any time with or without notice._ Typically, office environment includes working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.
