Airswift is seeking for Building Supervisor (Civil Work) work in Oman with Oil & Gas Company. 

QUALIFICATIONS Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site. Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations. Monitor contractor performance and resolve site issues efficiently. Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports. Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site workers. Ensure all work aligns with environmental and safety policies. Report project progress, issues, and solutions to the construction manager. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision, preferably in LNG, oil & gas, or industrial projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
