The Role
As a maintenance  Carpentry / Building Team Leader, you will be managing a team of Technicians completing planned and reactive maintenance requests.

This role is based in Cardiff NSW.

Managing the delivery of the contractual obligations ensuring that the contractual KPI's are achieved Manage daily operations of the Technicians, review various reports and assist State Manager where required Delivery of Maintenance Services to the agreed budget Build Strong relationships and increase works on site

Skills and Experience

Cert 3 in Carpentry Driving Licence White Card
