Join us and we can make a difference together. **About this role** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Data Center Building Technologies Leader** to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, operations and program management to develop and execute the building technologies equipment strategy supporting the Data Center vertical. **Key Responsibilities** + Collaborate with the building technologies equipment marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans, including messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools. + Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and drive product improvements. + Develop and communicate unique insights for improving customers' business outcomes. + Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and competitive landscape. + Partner with cross functional teams to manage the building technologies equipment data center roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market demand. + Support the building technologies equipment sales team with product knowledge, training, and collateral development. + Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly track performance against goals. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree + 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, sales, engineering or business management **Preferred Qualifications** + Master’s degree, MBA + Data Center industry experience + Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, and make data-driven decisions. + Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, across a broad audience. + Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams. + Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while paying attention to detail. + Project management skills and execution + Ability to quickly adapt and adjust approach and solution to customer needs. + Ability to build rapport and trust with customers through clear communication, active listening, and personalized solutions \#LI-Onsite **RSRCAR** **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
