Responsibilities include repairing and renovating existing buildings. Work includes reading and reviewing detailed construction blueprints of large renovation projects; estimating work materials required to complete the job; planning and laying out the work to be completed; and providing functional supervision to assigned staff. Employees in this class are distinguished by the requirement to perform work related to the construction and repair of buildings. Work is performed under limited supervision. To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience: Four (4) years education and/or experience in masonry and finish carpentry work.
