What We Offer $15.00 per hour Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High School Diploma or GED Ability to work 12-hour shifts Ability to work overtime and weekends as required Strong written and verbal communication skills High moral and ethical standards Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficient in operating a forklift, with good hand-eye coordination and smooth hand and foot control Basic understanding of MSHA safety regulations What You’ll Do as a Bulk Bagger Read and interpret packaging work orders accurately Select and use appropriate materials for packaging bulk bags Set up bulk bagging equipment for proper weights and optimal operation Arrange bulk bags neatly on required pallets or slip sheets Operate the stretch-wrap machine to secure packages Operate a forklift to move pallets and assist with hopper clean-up as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Prepare product placards with accurate names and lot numbers Collect and prepare lot composite samples for the QC lab Follow all QMS procedures and documentation relevant to the role, adhering to ISO requirements Perform other duties as assigned
Employees will be required to wear a respirator and must have no facial hair.
