Our Industrial Gases group delivers a wide range of highly specialised solutions to customers in a variety of industries, providing safe, reliable and cost-effective equipment and systems. For our larger customers we design and construct gas storage facilities on site, and provide engineering, operations, and maintenance support. Increasing demand for our products and services has created an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bulk Gas Systems Technician to join a high performing team based at our Intel customer site at Leixlip, just outside Dublin.

What you’ll be doing
 

Monitoring equipment and system performance to ensure it meets the required standards for delivery.Trouble shooting and fault finding, carrying out modifications and repairs as appropriate.Maintaining accurate records on system performance.Developing operating procedures and method statements.Ensuring plant operations adhere to strict safety protocols and taking remedial actions when necessary.

 


What we’re looking for

An uncompromising approach to safety in all aspects of the organisation.Relevant Engineering qualification, e.g. Diploma or related apprenticeship training. An understanding of facilities/plant operations, or experience in a similar or related industry. SCADA and PLC experience, the ability to troubleshoot and make good and timely decisions, beneficial.  Familiar with method statements / ProceduresElectrical/Electronic technical experience.Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. PC skills (MS applications)
