**93556BR** **Job Title:** Bulk Loader **Department/Function:** Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, Utilities **Job Description:** **Bulk Loader - Arkansas City, KS** **Essential Job Functions** + Inspect trucks and rail cars to insure adherence with ADM loading requirements. Complete necessary documents and inspection reports. + Operate valves, pumps, and equipment in order to transfer dry products from storage to final vessel. + Sample product and properly seal trucks and railcars upon completion of loading to insure correct content, volume, and weights. + Complete related records of product transferred, insuring the accuracy of such records and input related data into a computer. + Notify supervisor of any needed repairs (and document need to repair department equipment). + Inspect and perform preventive maintenance duties on department equipment. + Maintain food-grade sanitation standards throughout assigned facilities. Insure cleanliness through regular cleaning which may include shoveling, sweeping and washing of floors and equipment. + Must communicate effectively and work well with other departments, Commercial, Office Staff and Drivers. + Work closely with the other loaders to insure efficient coordination of assigned tasks + Must work in a 4-Shift Rotation and be available Weekends and Holidays **Physical Requirements** + Ability to work in extreme temperatures + Ability to lift fifty pounds routinely, climb stairs and ladders, and work at high elevations ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
