The Credit Products Manager I (CPM) is an integral member of the Market Sales Team and will partner with Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Portfolio Managers and Underwriting to deliver a world class end-to-end credit experience for our clients. Responsible for ensuring that Credit Origination activities are driven by consistent standards of Client Selection.  CPM's support the Sales teams in all aspects of the Credit process.

Primary responsibilities include:

Coach and assist Sales teams in all aspects of the Credit process: including needs analysis, screening loan requests, credit analysis, credit structuring, pricing, negotiations, and credit training of sales colleaguesAccountable for growth in loan balances, loan production, pull-through-yield and loan qualityResponsible for driving positive Customer selection, and insuring an appropriate balance of risk and reward to the Business LineCoach, train and provide guidance to associates to insure consistent execution of credit policy, and risk and strategies across the footprintElevate the performance of Sales teams in the delivery of credit productsServes as subject-matter expert on Business Credit Services processes and procedures, and effectively applies that knowledgeResponsible for driving client selection in accordance with the Business Line's credit risk strategy and to ensure an appropriate balance of risk and reward

Required Skills/Experience:

5-10 years in Credit origination positionHighly motivated and  team-oriented Solid communication skills, able to articulate effectively via email and phone communication is essentialAble to provide exceptional customer service and to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and with all levels of managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time sensitive environmentAble to work in a collaborative team environmentAbility to learn department computer applications and systems

Education:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
