Must read, write, speak, and understand English. Fine dining restaurant experience preferred

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for clearing and resetting tables. Responsible for assisting service staff with all food and beverage service. Responsible for providing assistance to the guests throughout the meal. Perform any scheduled, assigned, or delegated duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness. Perform all opening and closing side work. Occasional guest greeting and seating. Knowledge of menu and wine list Restock China, silverware, and glassware. Transport soiled China, silverware, and glassware to the dish cleaning area Perform other duties as assigned.
