THE JOB:

It is the primary responsibility of the Bus Runner to maintain the assigned section and keep tables in a clean, sanitary condition. This includes removing dirty dishes and debris from the tables and supplying tables and side stations with clean dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments. The bus runner also works in conjunction with Food Servers to ensure that outstanding guest service is constantly achieved. This includes ensuring efficient delivery of food to the guest.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.4695 plus tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain food and beverage station in a clean and orderly manner

Clean and sanitize all equipment

Keep floors free of debris and spills

Sweep and mop floor, and empty garbage, as required by the property

Maintain par stock levels in the beverage station

Clean and sanitize tables and chairs

Retrieve orders the warehouse and stock storeroom

Assist with proper stock rotation

Run food as required by the Department

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One year working in food service in roles such as Bus Person or Food Runner

One year face-to-face guest service

Experience working in fast paced, high-volume restaurant operations

Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences

Describes themselves as detail-oriented

Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

Can handle multiple tasks at one time

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
