Business | Information Technology Internship: Business Analyst in Customer Support
Introduction

As part of the Customer Solutions & Support organization (CS&S), Customer Support is the bridge to our customers. The CS organization enables our customers' success by supporting directly their fabs to ensure their tools operate at the highest capacity every day. We work across all regions to deliver focused innovation and execution, and most importantly, drive customer trust.

We, the CS Applications and Business Support (CS ABS) department, operate across the ASML holistic triangle, supporting all Business Lines to provide customers with support and solutions at every stage of the chipmaking process to enhance our products and services and meet our customers' current and future needs. Our vision is to be #1 in customer service as ranked by our customers.
 

Your assignment

With this internship you will help us to improve the Cost of Non-Quality products. Your assignment will focus on the following aspects:

(1) Analyze current cost performance levels of our installed base (e.g. parts usage costs, labor maintenance costs) and;

(2) identify and propose cost improvements. You will also link your work with the improvement initiatives running to the long term financial planning;

(3) Generate an user friendly Spotfire quality dashboard to report quality KPIs with certain granularity per request of key CS ABS stakeholders.
 

Your Profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

Are a bachelor or master student with an educational background related to Business management or Information Technology;

Are are looking for an bachelor apprentice or graduation assignment, or a master apprentice internship;

Have basic/medium Spotfire or PowerBI (or any alternative data analysis and visualization tool) skills;

Possess good analytical skills;

Are self-driven, like to work in a technical environment, structured and eager to learn;

Have good communication skills and are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
 

This internship has a minimum duration of 5 months (preferably 6 months) for 4-5 days per week (3+ days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon as possible.

Other requirements you need to meet:

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
