Candidate profileBachelor's Degree in business, marketing, computer science, or technical studies required5+ years of experience working in large enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or loyalty program management requiredDesire to work and build a career in account development and salesUnderstanding of Enterprise level customersIntellectual agility to learn the loyalty landscape in North AmericaKnowledge of marketing concepts, loyalty and CRM processes and platforms requiredPassion for innovation and technologyAbility to analyze customer requirements and functional needsGoal oriented attitude. Outgoing personality and a good listenerExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.Availability for business trips (approximately 40% of working time)Strong presentation skillsKnowledge of retail, travel and/or financial services industries would be an advantageYour responsibilitiesCollaborate and assist Department Director in the development of sales and account plans for Loyalty Marketing Platform and Solutions in North AmericaActively manage existing customer accounts, addressing key objectives and strategy, concerns and escalations, overall status/customer satisfaction, and new sales opportunitiesContribute to sourcing, engaging and growing a strong pipeline of potential customersConstantly achieve a sales and profit goalsEngage in pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings and contract negotiationDeliver in-person sales presentations to existing customers and prospective clientsResearch and stay updated with loyalty industry trends and insightsAttend and actively participate in conferences and industry eventsSupport development and evolution of sales and account management processes and disciplinesFor you Salary range information below reflects target base salary. Some positions may have an opportunity to receive an additional bonuses based on company discretions and contingent on individual performance. Actual compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of the offer.
