The Hill’s **Business Account Manager (BAM)** located in **Toronto, Ontario** is primarily responsible for managing key pureplay accounts, including Amazon. The BAM’s focus is building profitable net sales, market share, share of digital shelf and distribution in the customers within their area of responsibility. In addition to being the primary contact, the ecommerce BAM is also responsible for implementing Hill’s RE & brand strategies to accelerate growth and market share while monitoring our 6P+A (Price, Promotion, Distribution, Visibility of our products, POP Content, Ratings & Reviews and Availability) performance with eCommerce customers to improve the Customer experience online. **What You Will Do:** + Leads change and proactively maintains a detailed understanding of the customers and the drivers of growth. + Liaise with the analytics team, leveraging complex data sets and analytical tools to diagnose business opportunities and challenges + Develops and implements joint growth plans and initiatives with the customer to achieve the commercial goals. + Monitors customer performance to ensure commercial plans are executed in line with agreements and to the desired Hill’s standard + Utilize measurement tools such as Tableau, Domo, Numerator, and Profitero to track eCommerce KPIs + Leads and manages the annual budgeting process and monthly CBP discipline (Atlas) to forecast sales volume, GTN and A&P spend and to develop and deliver presentations to leadership and\or executive teams + Manages customer payments + Collaborates with Hill’s Commercial Team and eComm Marketing Manager to execute the Hill’s channel brand strategies **Required Qualifications:** + BS/BA degree or equivalent required + 3+ years experience with Amazon Vendor Central + Strong computer skills in Google Workspace, Excel, Tableau **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in customer management + Strong computer skills in Excel, Tableau and Google Suite + Analytical and always seeks to develop win-wins for Hill’s and its clients + Works effectively across functions, channels, & categories to align priorities, solve problems, optimize resources, and drive effective execution + Creative problem-solver, who embraces the test & learn mindset + Excellent business presentation ability, skilled communicator and interacts with key stakeholders + Digitally savvy and curious, understands the dynamics of eCommerce + Agile mindset, able & willing to constantly adapt to changing realities + Fluent English speaker, additional languages are certainly a plus **Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion** Achieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve —and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way. **Equal Opportunity Employer** Colgate is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, disability, marital status, veteran status (United States positions), or any other characteristic protected by law.
