Introduction

The Supplier Operations (SO) department represents ASML’s operational interface to its supply base and is responsible for material availability at the right price for ASML’s factories and field organization. In today’s complex multi-tier supply chains, this is only possible by creating full transparency in the chains and flexibility at suppliers.
 

The Supplier Operations Excellence team is a dedicated team with the sole mission to enable SO to make a more powerful impact in their roles and within our supply chain. This team is tasked to drive breakthrough programs, projects and initiatives to support our ambitions in a structured way. And making sure our (new) processes are well documented and trained to the department.
 

Your assignment

As part of the Supplier Operations Excellence team, you will support in driving changes in the department and securing the Supplier Operations colleagues are well equipped to understand the (new) Supplier Operations processes. You will be responsible for maintaining our document portal (process framework) and coordinating the (onboarding) training schedule in collaboration with the training and process specialist in the team. Next to that, you will support the deployment leads in the preparation of deployments to the department.  

Your tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Process framework

Maintain the Supplier Operations document portal by uploading and reviewing work instructions.

Data analysis on progress of % documents updated.
 

Training

Coordinate the (onboarding) trainings for SO colleagues.

Control the SO Learning e-mail inbox.

Data analysis on the progress of % trainings updated.
 

Deployment

Support the deployment lead by preparing communication and training materials.

Data analysis to define scope and benefits of the deployment.
 

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

Are a bachelor or master student in Business Administration or something related;

Have a great affinity with Supply Chain Management or Supplier Operations;

Have the ability to organize activities, create structure and drive results;

Are ambitious, persistent and have a can-do mentality;

Have great professional communication skills in English.
 

This is an apprentice internship (non-thesis), for minimum 5 months, 2 days per week (preferably 3+ days). You are expected to be minimum 2 days on-site. The starting date of this internship is as soon as possible.
 

Other requirements you need to meet:

You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you ‘re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
