Business Administration Sales Manager
This person will lead and manage all commercial, financial, and contractual aspects of system and solution businesses from pre-sales through completion, including controlling, reporting, and supporting profitable business operations. In addition, you will also be responsible for:
• Performance Management & Optimization: Drives achievement of business targets (new orders, sales, profit, cash) through performance monitoring, steering actions, and process optimization (rationalization, productivity, safety). • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyzes deviations, prepares presentations and decision memos for management. • Sales & Bidding Management: Coordinates all financial and commercial activities within sales and bidding processes, collaborating with sales, technical, bid, and legal teams. • Bid Review & Approval: Reviews and approves bids (LoA) within assigned responsibility. • Contract & Risk Management: Ensures contract management/structuring, bond/guarantee management, risk/opportunity assessment, and mitigation strategy definition, acting as a key interface for subject matter experts (procurement, legal, tax, etc.). • Customer Negotiation & Handover: Drives commercial and contractual aspects of customer negotiations, ensures compliant bid documentation, supports accurate handover to order processing, and verifies customer creditworthiness.
You excel in • Education & Experience: University diploma or equivalent experience with 3+ years of successful Financial and Project Management and/or Business Controller experience. • Technical Skills: Understanding of IFRS and local GAAP. Plus, SAP knowledge & experience would be an added benefit. • Additional: Other assigned adhoc activities
