Your responsibilties

You act as the commercial partner of the responsible Service PLM Leader and also serve as the commercial coordinator and turntable in the cross-functional Service team to increase revenue, profitability, and productivity. Your tasks include, among other topics: 

You prepare analyses and comprehensive budget plan to measure success and improve the profitability and growth of the responsible Service Portfolio elements (Maintenance, Retrofit, Digitalization, Service Contracts, Training, etc.) and are responsible for the associated controlling. Furthermore, you take commercial responsibility for the entire Service portfolio being able to present to regions and HQ management. In alignment with the global service goals, you support the strategic objectives of the SLM team through evaluations of medium-term market share developments, competitor observation with regional and industry-specific perspectives, as well as a market price analysis by portfolio elements. You oversee the creation of the product development roadmap for commercial concerns for ongoing and newly developed service products, preparing R&D, IT, and portfolio projects up to PM 200 (basic data for profitability calculations), and tracking until PM 390. Definition of relevant value flow and business models by regions, plants and service corners. You are excited about digitalization and data driven Service models and are willing to passionately and continuously think beyond the box, acting as a trusted advisor.Allocation and support of annual planned quantities required for Service Corners and FTA of manufacturing plants. You act as a role model within the global SLM function for your financial partners in the regions. In addition to commercial activities, you are involved in the maintenance of business intelligence solutions and support the harmonization and standardization of processes utilizing robotics, big data and cloud computing. 

Your success is grounded in

EducationA Bachelor’s or Master degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalentExperience & SkillsYou bring long term years of professional experience in the finance sector, preferably in controlling, sales, project management or also R&DExperience in Electrification and Automation would be a plusProject experience in international teams is helpfulExcellent calculation and presentation skills to management  Profound usage of office 365 and experience in Data Analytics, Robotics or BI Tools (e.g. Power BI)Curiosity and ability to learn combined with a strong financial base and a good portion of resilience  Ways of workingStrategic thinking combine with strong analytical open mindset for an environment of continuous changeYou are proactive with the passion to solve complex challenges, goal-oriented and enjoy working in an intercultural business environment Foster open communication, attitude to drive projects showing leadership, motivation and curiosity, empathy and enthusiasmWilligness to travel 20% LanguagesYou possess excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
