Business Administrator

Our work depends on Business Administrator joining our team to effectively communicate project status, schedule, and cost performance with shop floor personelle and Program Managers.
HOW A BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization
● Daily interaction with Production Planning and shop floor supervision to collect real time data on project performance and report to Program Managers
● Will work with production control and shop floor supervision to idenitify and report material or manufacturing issues that may impact project schedule.
● Will be responsible for researching and presenting project material status and performance data to Program Managers on a weekly basis. Will compile and present monthly quality metrics, and assist in planning functions as required. Accurate and timely reporting of this information is essential to the growth and performance of the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science preffered. Experience considered in liew of a degree.
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
● Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain a secret clearance required.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve defined goals.
