You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives **How you will contribute** You will: + Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques. + Implement and monitor promotional activities. + Point of buying materials placement and implementation. + Report on activities. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Excellent communication and inter-personal skills + Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes + Strong analytical skills + Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG + Perseverance and attention to details **Ubicación:** Ciudad de México **Actividades principales:** • Seguimiento a operaciones en mercados especiales (mayoreo, centrales de abastos) a nivel nacional. • Análisis de datos clave, como market share, distribución ponderada, scorecard de seguimiento de ventas semanal y mensual, análisis de cartera y proyecciones de inventarios. • Realizar salidas a campo. • Asegurar la entrega oportuna de pedidos y hacer seguimiento de los mismos. • Presentación de informes y análisis de datos a diferentes stakeholders. • Fortalecer la relación con Sigma. • Analizar profundamente las operaciones y desempeño del negocio para identificar oportunidades de mejora, proponiendo acciones correctivas y mejoras a través de insights del negocio. **Requisitos:** • Fuerte capacidad analítica, con enfoque en datos y toma de decisiones basadas en números. • Alta iniciativa, proactividad y resiliencia para enfrentar retos y tomar decisiones rápidas. • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para presentar análisis complejos de manera clara y efectiva. • Habilidades de liderazgo para coordinar equipos y proyectos dentro de la empresa. • Negociación efectiva y facilidad de palabra en entornos de trabajo dinámicos. • Dominio de Excel intermedio-avanzado, con conocimientos en bases de datos, tablas dinámicas y presentaciones. • Conocimiento básico en Tableau para visualización de datos. • Inglés básico. • Licencia de conducir vigente y manejo de auto estándar • Disponibilidad para viajar. **Habilidades deseables:** • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y adaptarse a cambios rápidos. • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar relaciones a largo plazo con clientes y stakeholders. • Conocimiento previo de Sigma y su estructura de mercados especiales es un plus.
