Business Affairs Graduate Intern, Summer 2025

We are looking for a collaborative and creative team player who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, and passion for great storytelling and filmmaking that define Lucasfilm.
_This role is considered Hybrid, which means the employee will work 2-3 days onsite at a Company designated location and occasionally from home._
**What You’ll Do**
+ Assist attorneys in the preparation of legal contracts and documents
+ Routes and tracks a variety of documents for internal review and approval
+ Assist in review of clearance materials
+ Legal research projects
+ Maintain filing system
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Strong written and verbal skills required
+ Proven ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
+ Must be a team player, but also able to work independently
+ Demonstrate a high degree of discretion in regards to sensitive and/or confidential information
+ Successful completion of first year of law school and must be currently enrolled as a law student in an ABA accredited law school
+ Completion of contracts coursework
+ Completion of an entertainment, copyright and/or intellectual property class is preferred
+ Previous work experience in the entertainment industry, and basic knowledge of copyright law preferred
**Eligibility Requirements & Program Information**
_Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:_
+ Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
+ Be at least 18 years of age
+ Possess unrestricted work authorization
**Additional Information**
+ Must be able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
+ The approximate dates of this internship are early June 2025- August 2025
+ Must provide own housing and reliable transportation during the internship in the San Francisco, CA area
The pay rate for this role in San Francisco, CA, is $41.40 per hour.
