We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Agility Consultant to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile principles and practices, and a proven track record of implementing agile transformations.

The Business Agility Consultant is responsible for leading, coaching, educating, and mentoring leaders and staff by instilling an agile mindset and agile principles. The Business Agility Consultant will provide change management leadership to drive cultural change and foster a collaborative, cross-functional environment in which to provide innovative solutions, exceed customer needs, and continuously improve and delight. The Business Agility Consultant will use techniques that increase trust, respect, transparency and promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.

Major Responsibilities Include:

Guide agile transformation within ITDS in partnership with the agile transformation team, solution owners, scrum masters, functional managers, and other ITDS stakeholders.

Work with ITDS leadership to establish and launch cross-functional agile teams.

Facilitate and support agile teams in all stages of development (forming, storming, norming, and performing).

Work with agile leaders to develop metrics for agile maturity, value delivery and team effectiveness.

Advise and mentor agile teams, staff, and leaders on the organizational vision and agile mindset, principles, and values.

Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase the maturity of agile teams and the quality of solutions with a customer-feedback driven approach.

Advise and mentor agile leaders (functional managers, scrum masters, solutions owners) in servant leadership principles, to enable them to help their teams be productive, continuously improve, work collaboratively with solution management, to remove impediments, and be agile advocates.

Mentor and advise functional teams to apply agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency with agile Scrum and Kanban processes when applicable.

Mentor and educate ITDS leadership on the adoption of agile and help guide the organization throughout agile transformation.

 Lead trainings of agile mindset and principles with existing and new staff.

Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.

What's Available?

1.0 FTE, Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday Days

Hybrid eligible position, ability to work onsite for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse and Green Bay, WI areas.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or an Information Technology related field

Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or GE Change Acceleration Process (GE CAP), Required

Minimum 5 years’ cumulative experience in Information Technology or related experience, including at least 2 years of practical experience as a member of an agile team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
