Your Opportunity:

Developing accountable for Strategic Partnerships with commercial partners/agencies and ensuring an effective, high performing & professional working relationship. Implementing leadership in balancing portfolios' availability and real demands of customers via various channels (internal and external) and cooperating with business partners to identify the appropriate solutions. Recognizing and initiating short-term and long-term strategic process/ platform/ solution to enable/ accelerate the partnership between Roche internal resource and business partners. Managing contracts and agreements with business partners to ensure adherence to aligned outcomes/KPI. Facilitating and leading monthly strategic business meetings with external partners and internal team members on relevant topics. Co-create outcomes with internal stakeholders and customers for RPV promoted portfolio Continuous review of RPV performance, especially related to business partners' performance to identify and address challenges and capitalize on business opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improving E2E processes to increase patient access to Roche innovative treatments  

Who you are:

University Degree of Medical and pharmacy university3-5 years of experience in sales and working in a customer-facing role Experience in managing Tenders; strong knowledge of tender law and customer/business strategy; reimbursement systems Excellent skills in Negotiation, Market Insights, effective communication, problem Solving skills, decision making based on data analysis;  English oral and written fluency.
