Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled business analysist/product owner with 10+ years of experience in financial application development for SSGM COO IT Applications.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

As a skilled business analysist/product owner, you will:

• Work with the Agile team to deliver technology solutions;

• Work closely with onsite/global leads and business stakeholders to analyze the business context and requirements;

• Able to refine business requirements by continuously gathering feedbacks from stakeholders and business users.

• Able to closely work with Dev, QA and other roles in the team to deliver project on schedule, with high quality; actively support prod releases in whole process; able to manage project risks, schedules, stakeholder's expectations to make the project success

• Able to develop junior BA and other roles in the team, cultivate sense of business driven development in the team.

Educational Requirements and Required Skills :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering , Finance or equivalent field.

• 10+ years working experience in financial industry, with 3+ years business analysist/product owner/project management experience or equivalent business related experience;

• Financial company experience is a plus.

• Strong English communication ability is a must.

• Should have hands on experience in different type of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, SQL Server)

• Experience in Agile development engineering methods.
