Job Responsibilities: North America Designated Service Business Management and Reporting support
Data Management Compile and manage oversight of performance scorecards inclusive of productivity metrics, key risk indicators, and case hygiene in order to effectively oversee the health of the Business Proactively monitor performance trends, and a make sound operational recommendations on improvements to Leadership as needed Design and implement dashboards inclusive of key metrics that can be easily accessed by senior and mid-level managers Review and ensure data integrity / accuracy for executive management reporting (EMR) and Business Reviews. Support Adhoc requests as required by the businessKey initiatives and Executive Communication Produce high-quality presentations that distill complex ideas into simple, clear, actionable messages for leadership Assist in creating agendas, developing materials and tracking takeaways (e.g. Offsites, Townhalls, Leadership Team meetings, etc.), and external client visits with Client Services Leaders, as needed Support the production of key standard and recurring weekly/monthly deliverables (e.g. Client Health forum, Business review reporting, etc.) Assist with monitoring North American (NAMR) Region headcount/hiring, and drive financial control reviews; including expense and T&E monitoring Assist with the NAMR budget/forecast planning cycles; work with partners such as Finance, Product, Capacity Planning and Sr. Management to understand key initiatives and strategies
