The Position

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Responsible for business management, process management, and user management of manufacturing IT systems.Business Requirement Analysis: Communicate with production business departments to gather and analyze their needs, ensuring IT systems meet business requirements, support and enhance business efficiency, and comply with GxP regulations.System Evaluation: Assess the performance of existing production IT systems, propose improvements and new system requirements based on business needs, and assist in selecting suitable technical solutions.Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement optimization plans.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis tools to generate insights reports, supporting business decisions and process optimization.User Access Control: Manage user permissions to ensure only authorized personnel can access corresponding data and functions.Business Continuity Planning (BCP): Develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure production and business activities can continue in emergencies.Audit Trail Review: Participate in periodical audit trail review to ensure data and operational traceability, complying with GxP regulations.User Support and Training: Support IT system training for production and business teams, assisting them in effectively utilizing IT system features.Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving IT system issues in business applications, providing continuous support and improvement suggestions.Project Management: Lead or participate in projects related to production IT systems to ensure business goals are met.Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Qualification and Experience

Education/Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields

Job Required Competencies

Work Experience: At least 5 years of business analysis or related experience in production IT systems. Preference for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Business Analysis Skills: Proficient in business requirement analysis and process optimization methods and tools. Project management experience is preferred.Technical Understanding: Knowledge of production management software (e.g., MES, DHS, SAP) and effective communication and collaboration with IT teams.GxP Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of GxP regulations.Language Skills: Good proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of collaborating with business and technical team members at various levels.Problem-Solving Ability: Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work well under pressure.
