Be collaborative in your approach, with the ability to work will all level of colleagues across the organisation. Own the delivery of a wide range of business analysis tasks / deliverables that support the implementation of the key initiatives. Be proactive, analytical and to challenge the status quo to implement new ways of working.What you need to have:
5 years+ dedicated Business Analysis experienceFinancial Services domain knowledge.Knowledge and the application of methodologies, tools and techniques to deliver process, people and technology change.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies to complete requirements gathering & testing.Experience in the building of implementation artefacts such as policies, procedures, system user documentation, communication and training material.Strong documentation, presentation, and negotiation skillsWhat makes you stand out?
Insurance broking domain knowledge.Proven experience delivering outcomes in the areas of business transformation including process redesign, organisational design, transitioning work to a Centre of Excellence and automation. Fluent in Japanese and English (Written and Verbal)Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse teams and manage stakeholders expectation. Comfortable with navigating ambiguous situations.
