As a Business Analysis Specialist IV in the statement and card production center your primary responsibilities will include, but not limited to, supporting day-to-day and long-term business needs of the facility in Coppell, TX. You will act as a liaison between the Customer Fulfillment Services, internal clients and stakeholders, and external vendors.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Work with all levels across the organization to implement and support Customer Fulfillment Services initiatives using project management organization and methodology.
+ Communicate with site leaders and staff regarding forecasting and changes that could impact any production processes.
+ Assist in managing and planning capacity to meet client needs.
+ Maintain an audit-ready mindset with a focus on documented procedures.
+ Support a continuous improvement culture.
+ Be responsible for maintaining an effective risk and control environment.
**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities**
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills with diverse groups and individuals.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with a sense of urgency to deliver quality results while working collaboratively.
**Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities**
+ Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or equivalent.
+ 5+ years analytical/forecasting experience, preferably in an operations setting.
+ 3+ years managing projects, external vendors, while collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders.
**Work Schedule:** Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (1st shift)
