Responsibilities include but are not limited to regular and ad-hoc critical report production, follow up on data anomalies, responding to queries from end users, management of internal web pages and content for the programs, track progress on programs, manage and maintain end users in the system and support end users in process familiarization. The individual would need to learn the processes and procedures from our CSS Global Program Lead in order to competently carry out the tasks.
Education & Experience:
BTech and BSc or equivalent preferred. Exemplary communication and MS Office skills. Enthusiastic and willing to learn. 2-3 years of relevant work experienceSkills:
Must be knowledgeable in the use of systems; and be able to pick up and adapt to our internal systems. Must have a good level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) experience in order to fulfill the critical reporting and content requirements. Must have good written and verbal communication as the individual would have to interact with our end users around the world. Must have the skills for attention to detail to support the detailed work required. Must have good investigation and analytical abilities to identify and resolve data anomalies.We expect candidate to have:

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
As a member of the operations team at CSS, your focus is to serve as a hands-on team member in the Global Program area. This involves being able to work on multiple programs simultaneously and present data for use by our business users. You will provide support to the CSS Global Program Lead and ultimately the business users.
