Our Energy Team is currently seeking a full-time Business Analyst to support us and our clients by providing expertise and unique market insights regarding energy-related topics through conducting research, market analysis and developing cutting-edge analytical tools and market intelligence.



What You'll Do

As a full-time Business Analyst in our Energy Team, you'll play a pivotal role in providing expert insights and market intelligence in the Energy and Industrial Goods sectors. You'll engage in ground breaking research, analysis, and the development of analytical tools to drive strategic decisions.

This position is primarily office-based, ensuring close collaboration and dynamic interaction with our team and clients. We also offer a hybrid work option, allowing for flexibility and balance between office and remote work as per our policies and project needs.

 

• Conduct customized analysis and handle benchmark data from various clients.
• Collaborate with consulting teams, contributing to sector knowledge creation and segmentation.
• Provide updates on market trends in Power, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals.
• Develop sophisticated market intelligence tools and maintain internal databases.
• Synthesize information for the Energy/IG Team and Leadership.
• Build training materials and develop specialized topic knowledge.



What You'll Bring

1-2 years of analytical experience in the Energy/Power sector (including internships, also from consulting/research roles).University degree or final-year student (preferably with a relevant to energy industry background) with strong academic achievements.Proficiency in Excel; skills in Alteryx, VBA, Tableau are a plus.Analytical skills and quantitative research experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic environment.Organization and prioritization skills, initiative, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Polish and English.

Additional Assets

Experience in operational and financial performance assessment.Knowledge of the energy markets in Central Europe.
