HYMH’s digital business strategy aims to identify and leverage emerging technologies, such as advanced analytics and the Industrial Internet of Things - (IIoT), to create innovative business models and secure competitive advantages that enhance the Customer Experience (CX). This position will play a key role in supporting the manager by translating the digital strategy into actionable product requirements and overseeing the rollout and implementation of these products. **Who you are:** **Project Management** + Create supporting project documents + Building various project teams + Document and track deliverables + Provide executive summary reports + Schedule and conduct project meetings **Data Governance** + Supporting the Data Governance effort + Act as a liaison between the Data Governance team and business **Business Planning & Analysis** + Understand the requirements of the business + Act as a liaison between the developers and business + Process gathering + Identify Gap and find solutions + Documentation **What you will do:** + Develop and maintain effective partnerships with business stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that provide value-added business benefits. + Collaborate with management and Global Digital Platforms staff to ensure proper prioritization and implementation of requests and projects. + Act as a liaison among business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements. + Translate business requirements into solutions and provide expert technical guidance. + Consult, review, and analyze business information to efficiently determine appropriate solutions. + Understand business challenges and opportunities within the context of requirements, recommending solutions that align with organizational goals. + Identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes and propose improvements across a wide spectrum of operations. **What you will need:** + Bachelors, strongly preferred + A bachelor’s degree accompanied by at least five years of relevant business experience, preferably within the industry, is required. + Alternatively, candidates without a degree may qualify with ten or more years of relevant business experience, with industry experience preferred. **Skills, Experience & Abilities:** + Good Business Acumen, preferred + Possess Business Analyst skills + Project Management Skills, Agile & Waterfall Methodology + Excellent PC Skills – MS Window and Office, preferred. + PM Tool Skills, Wrike preferred. + Understanding of various business areas within HYG, preferred **Who we are:** HYMH designs, engineers, manufactures, sells and services a comprehensive line of lift trucks and aftermarket parts marketed globally under the Hyster and Yale brand names.
