Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** We are seeking a highly skilled **HR Business Analyst** to join our HR technology team to support the Oracle Cloud Core HCM implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR master data and systems; a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities; and experience in system implementations. As an **HR Business Analyst** , you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Supply Chain and business stakeholders to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM Cloud. The **HR Business Analyst** will play a key role in training, support, and post-implementation activities to ensure the system is fully integrated and optimized to meet the needs of Ascension’s ministry. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation:** + Assist in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Core HCM module, master data and processes. + Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements. + Partner with Oracle consultants and internal teams to support HCM configuration and ensure proper integration with other Oracle enterprise modules. + Perform system testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and provide guidance on issue resolution. + **System Configuration & Optimization:** + Assist with Oracle HCM Core HR design configuration, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational requirements. + Continuously analyze and optimize the use of Oracle HCM Cloud to improve HR processes, data integrity, and user experience. + Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and work to resolve incidents in a timely manner. + **Training & Support:** + Help develop and deliver training materials and user documentation to ensure end-users are proficient in using Oracle HCM Cloud. + Provide post-implementation support and assist with user inquiries and issue resolution. + Conduct regular system reviews with HR and business teams to ensure ongoing system alignment and continuous improvement. + **Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:** + Collaborate with HR, IT, and other business teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical specifications. + Manage communication between internal teams and Oracle support or consulting teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. + Participate in regular project status meetings and provide updates on implementation progress, issues, and milestones. + **Data Management & Reporting:** + Ensure accurate data migration from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud, including data validation and reconciliation. + Assist in generating reports and dashboards within Oracle HCM Cloud, supporting HR analytics and decision-making. + **Compliance & Best Practices:** + Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates, new features, and industry best practices. + Ensure compliance with Ascension policies, industry regulations, and standards in system configuration and data handling. **Requirements** Education: + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. **Additional Preferences** + **Education & Experience:** + 3+ years of experience preferred in HR systems implementation, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Learning, etc.). + Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud configuration, testing, and deployment preferred. + Knowledge of HR business processes and workflows is a plus. + Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM master data and business processes preferred + **Technical Skills:** + Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionality. + Experience with system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and HRIS tools for data analysis and reporting. + Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and SaaS solutions. + **Soft Skills:** + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with shifting priorities. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + **Certifications (Preferred but not required):** + Oracle HCM Cloud certification (e.g., Oracle HCM Cloud: Core HR Implementation Specialist). + Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus \#LI-Remote **Why Join Our Team** Ascension associates are key to our commitment of transforming healthcare and providing care to all, especially those most in need.
