Business Analysts support the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders.

Responsibilities:
Develops reports and analyzes for data accuracy. Analyzes root quality issues and makes recommendations to more senior staff for resolutionDesigns reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to key specifications of more senior staff and business stakeholdersProvides analysis on business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makersIdentifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influencesMay be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 0-2 years experienceCan synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendationsBeginner systems knowledge in assigned functional areaMicrosoft Excel - intermediate skillsMicrosoft PowerPoint - beginner to intermediatePresentation skills - basic skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred
