Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) Retail Scaling Team is seeking a Business Analyst who contributes to our mission of developing selling partner capabilities and insights.

This position requires innovative thinking, ability to quickly approach large ambiguous problems and apply reason, technical and engineering expertise to rapidly research, validate, visualize, prototype and deliver solutions. This position also requires significant cross functional work and integration with other teams. Successful candidates should thrive in a collaborative environment.
We're looking for someone who is willing to grow with the organization, take ownership and responsibility for the data, to understand it, deep dive problems and own the solution (which often requires partnering with others on and off our team).


Key job responsibilities
- The key responsibility for the RE Business Analyst is to own and implement the roadmap to drive efficiencies for retail employees.
- The role is complex due to the broad range of activities being handled by retail employees, and lack of standardization across PFs. This person is expected to have a deep understanding of core retail processes in JP across a wide range of job functions so they can effectively identify what tasks can be offshored/automated, develop a step-changing roadmap to deliver FTE savings across the org, and resolve employee frustrations with Retail papercuts/manual processes.
