Our network of drivers and delivery service providers is growing rapidly, and to support this growth we are looking for a highly-skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Amazon Logistics Japan.

This unique role will focus on deep-diving into data, translation of business problems into requirements for analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, process automation and modelling initiatives in AMZL JP.

This role will deliver critical business insights for stakeholders to drive last mile strategy, market competitiveness, network expansion, technology deployment, pricing, compliance, improvement in cost, quality and productivity.

Key job responsibilities
Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into actionable reports/dashboards.
Translate data into actionable insights for S&OP
Vol planning
Develop requirements for business initiatives.
Analyze key business metrics to drive business insight.
Identify processes to automate and scale ad-hoc requests and analyses.
Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
Solve complex problems by building effective models.
Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
Write strategy papers to support executive decision-making.
