Business Analyst, Omni-Channel Analytics

Job Summary** As a Business Analyst II specializing in omni-channel Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within our organization. This role requires an understanding of digital analytics, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings to diverse stakeholders. **II. Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned. + Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and translate them into analytical requirements. + Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to drive improvements in website performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates. + Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital analytics to continuously enhance analytical capabilities. + Work closely with marketing, product, and IT teams to define tracking requirements, implement tagging strategies, and ensure data accuracy and consistency. + Partner with data engineers and developers to automate data collection processes and streamline reporting workflows. + Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to inform business strategy and decision-making. + Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders. + Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting accuracy, and analytical capabilities. + Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics, providing guidance and support to colleagues across the organization. + Utilize Adobe Analytics to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights. + Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize the analytics ecosystem. + Contribute to the development of best practices, standards, and documentation related to Adobe Analytics usage and governance. + Partner with Experimentation & Personalization teams to enable, evaluate, and analyze results associated with test cases. + 50% analysis, reporting, and presenting various results and opportunities related to online and omni-channel analytics. + 20% requirements gathering for analytics and feature enablement. + 20% manage and develop relationships with cross-functional partners to drive organizational value and digital growth. + 10% create, manage, and drive analytics capabilities across online and omni-channel analytics. **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** This job has no supervisory duties. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience. Experience: Three years of prior work experience as an IT Business Analyst (in addition to education requirement). Preferred Experience: Five Years of prior experience in eCommerce, Digital or Analytics experience B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required Intermediate knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required: + Adobe Analytics + Adobe Launch + Snowflake + Jira + Agile methodologies + General business operations + Understanding of complex website architectures. **V.
