Business Analyst, Project Managers, Systems, Developers, Etc. All positions MUST have TIERS experience! - REMOTE (HHS) Tiers Systems Analyst" is responsible for analyzing, maintaining, and supporting the "Texas Integrated Eligibility and Referral System (TIERS)" applications used within HHS, performing complex tasks like troubleshooting system issues, gathering user requirements, testing updates, and ensuring smooth operation for staff and beneficiaries accessing various social services programs through the TIERS platform.  The Systems Analyst III performs and supports enrollment related Texas Integrated Eligibility Redesign System (TIERS) project activities by Medicaid and CHIP Services (MCS) business areas. This position performs highly advanced work overseeing the daily operations and activities with all MCS requested TIERS business updates or requested enhancements using the agile process. This position performs project administration tasks for multiple projects. The position provides advanced consultative services and technical assistance to program staff, governmental agencies, and vendor staff to assist in accomplishing agency goals. The Systems Analyst III should possess an extensive knowledge of TIERS, and ideally managed care policies and processes. The Systems Analyst III is responsible for analyzing managed care data including Medicaid/CHIP eligibility, premium payments, and encounter data to resolve issues.  The Systems Analyst III should possess the ability to identify problems and develop and communicate recommended options and solutions to operational issues. This position requires formulating responses to requests from both internal and external stakeholders. This position will work under minimal supervision with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
