Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Business Analyst, Sr based in Juno Beach, Florida. As a part of our team, you will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive operational analyses and leading project teams to support informed decision making within our business unit.
Responsibilities:
• Leading medium to large project teams to conduct complex operational analyses.
• Collaboratively working with other business units on various initiatives.
• Reviewing and approving findings to be presented to senior management.
• Conducting statistical analyses to support decision making.
• Mentoring and coaching lower level analysts.
• Handling both qualitative and quantitative research projects with a focus on public opinion polling and development efforts.
• Consulting on polling requests, establishing polling methodologies, and performing data analysis.
• Standardizing approaches for identifying and quantifying public opinion trends in communications nation-wide.
• Managing custom research methodologies such as focus groups, in-depth interviews, surveys, text analytics, polling, and customer sentiment analysis.
• Presenting results to large groups and working cross-functionally to implement insights into action.
• Developing solutions that further our business objectives and ensuring their successful implementation. Requirements • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven management abilities and leadership skills
• Knowledge and experience in marketing strategies
• Familiarity with company procedures and policies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings
• Proficiency in database management

• Ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations
• Consultation and onboarding skills
• Understanding of brand awareness strategies
• Experience in implementing business strategies
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Experience in staffing and human resources
• Ability to engage and manage stakeholders
• Experience in forming partnerships and collaborations
• Ability to conduct and interpret conductivity studies
• Proven ability to execute strategies and plans
• Experience working with suppliers and managing relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Basic programming skills
• Experience in conducting and analyzing surveys.
