ADP (HRIS) Senior Business Analyst

Software Integrity Group (SIG) is seeking a skilled and experienced ADP (HRIS) Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Applications team. The Business Applications team is a high-performing, global team that is responsible for making business processes more efficient through automation, and reduction of manual, low-value work thus allowing the company to operation efficiently.
This role will be responsible for becoming a critical subject matter expert (SME) who works closely with cross-functional teams ensuring a seamless implementation and ongoing support that aligns with business needs. Additionally, this role will initiate and deliver on large complex projects while instilling trust and reliability in our key business partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the HRIS platform, including system configuration, data integrity, and user access.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system enhancements or new features.Configure ADP modules and functionalities to align with clients' HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, and more.Lead the planning and execution of ADP HRIS implementation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.Serve as the main point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issue resolution.Customize ADP settings, forms, templates, workflows, and user interfaces to meet specific HR needs.Provide guidance on best practices for configuring the ADP HRIS system, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Evaluate existing systems and identify integration requirements with the ADP HRIS system.Design and implement integrations between ADP and other HR, accounting, or relevant software systems, utilizing APIs and middleware.Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues, conduct testing, and ensure data accuracy during integrations.Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data protection and privacy regulations (i.e. GDPR, CCPA).Stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices to continuously optimize the HRIS platform.Deliver training and support to HR and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HRIS platforms, specifically with ADP Workforce Now.In-depth knowledge of HR processes and industry best practices.Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with HRIS systems, databases, APIs, and middleware.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.Effective communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $133,000-$199,000 annually. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
