Job Summary: 

The Business Analyst assists in obtaining, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting on client data, and providing data populations adhering to technical specifications to the Service Delivery teams within a prescribed time frame.

Client:

Follows all applicable security policies regarding client’s data and documentationTravels to client sites to assist in data extraction tool installation and testing, assist in performing client data extractions, and performs configuration of Ryan’s invoice image extraction tool and testing, as required by projectsAssists in reconciling and analyzing of client data, and performs reconciliation of client data using Microsoft® Access, Microsoft® SQL Server, and other tools.

Assists in the preparation of the final documentation of the data projectAssists with the installation of custom data extraction toolsDevelops limited custom programming for Ryan’s invoice image extraction toolPerforms other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

Any bachelor’s degree, Information Systems, or Computer Science will be preferred.

Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet. The Consultant should have beginner knowledge of a database technology platform such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc. Business system applications experience such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, etc. and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and/or Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is desired.
