Conduct comprehensive data analysis across various sources to verify accuracy and maintain consistency.Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and goals.Map current and future state business processes, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and propose actionable recommendations to optimise operations.Lead initiatives to automate manual processes and implement quality assurance measures.Provide regular updates on project status, highlight potential issues, and ensure alignment among all stakeholders.Develop process designs and operational checklists to promote compliance and operational efficiency.Actively engage in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and promoting best practices on a global scale.What you need to have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishA Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experienceOver 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.Strong understanding of technology, particularly web-related concepts and terminology.Proficiency in mapping and analyzing data from multiple sources in ExcelExperience in testing and validating solutions to ensure alignment with business requirements.Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with senior business leaders.Proficiency in creating process maps using Visio.Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing expectations and requirements (Agile)What makes you stand out?
