Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our internal teams and external partners to align on a product strategy for building solutions that meet business and customer needs. • Collaborate with the product manager and engineering teams to drive innovation in platform services, including targeting, measurements, operations, and business intelligence. Assist in developing a short- and long-term roadmap for the RED360 Program.  • Collect and analyze requirements related to data sources, activation channels, and audience segmentation to deploy marketing and analytics use cases. Initiate and lead the discovery for intake requests in collaboration with the product manager, project manager, and data engineers. • Translate business requirements into technical requirements. Document user stories (including use cases, dependencies, supporting documentation, and acceptance criteria) and ensure they are up to date and readily available for grooming and execution. • Assist Solution Architects in developing data unification hierarchies, ID resolution strategies, and activation patterns to achieve our customer experience vision. • Serve as the go-to expert on our CDP platform, providing guidance and support to business decision-makers and end users. • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing and operations teams, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. • Promote the adoption of CDP to ensure stakeholders derive maximum value from the RED360 Program.

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in management consulting, digital marketing, or a related field. • 1+ year experience working with a customer data platform (CDP) - Treasure Data preferred. • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary Range: $87,100.00 to $112,750.00 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
