Principal Responsibilities

Provide support to manager to ensure the day-end process completed on timeReport exception and irregularities promptly for management awarenessParticipate in business initiatives/projects to provide user requirements, conduct user acceptance test and provide internal training to the team Share best practices to improve internal process within the teamFacilitate client account opening process and associated client service process, meeting Service Level AgreementAttending service requests, including data capture and analytics Produce Management Information reports as requiredMaintain effective communication with stakeholdersSuccessful candidate might be assigned for priority tasks when needed within the department
