In addition to employee benefits, there are a wide range of advancement opportunities throughout the Department of Revenue. *_DUTIES_* *Job Overview:* This position resides in theInformation Management and Collections DivisionofDepartment of Revenue.Duties include coordinating the ongoing planning, process analysis, development, implementation, and monitoring of the unit and divisions activities, methods, and systems to collect outstanding tax liabilities or data. The incumbent provides consultation, technical assistance, training, and outreach to internal and external users to promote effective program and system operations. This includes overseeing system research, enhancement, validation, readiness, and reporting projects. The position resides in the Statewide Debt Collections Unit. The position reports to the Statewide Debt Collections Unit Manager.
