Business Analyst 3
Description

The Lockbox Business Analyst 3 provides advanced technical and reporting support for the banking lockbox business unit, customers, and business partners. Primary Responsibilities:

Maintains, monitors, and updates assigned business and/or system procedures.

Research complex problems and can act independently to resolve.

Analyze existing production workflow, business systems, and reporting to figure out technical or procedural efficiency improvements and can act independently to implement changes.

Develops and provides documentation to the lockbox team for training purposes.

Designs processes and procedures to meet regulatory and risk requirements.

Develops and generates specialized and ad hoc reporting.

Provides technical support to the lockbox team.

Acts as liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.

Leads projects and working with the Operation Managers develop documentation and training plans based on the project.

Research and resolve problems and take the right action to correct the problem while keeping management in the communication stream.

Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience as a business analyst, or High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field of business analyst may be considered..

Experience with MS Office Suite products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Lockbox/banking analyst experience

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Knowledge of the Deluxe Image RPS, Integra Pay and R360 platforms.

Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.

Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills including follow-up on any outstanding items.

5 or more years’ experience with Business Analysis, Financial Operations, Operational Management, Project Management or Report Writing.
