We are seeking a talented Program Developer & Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing programs that leverage data and platform capabilities to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, data analysis, and business process improvement.
Detailed Description
Program Development
Design and build scalable and robust platforms that support business operations and strategic goals.
Maintain and enhance existing programs, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Explore Oracle technologies / system to improve data integration and enhancements.
Manage receipts and disbursement in Paying Agency Accounts
Identify and Disburse receipts for key accounts and various countries
Research and Collaborate with internal and outside stockholders for Unidentified Payments
Fulfill reconciliation requirement from Controller, Funder or Oracle
Participate on the on-going projects to continue automate processes to improve efficiencies
Automation Project of Paying Agency Program
Oracle Cloud Tracking (post-closing)
Oracle Support Rewards Program
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in program development, business analysis, and platform building.
Strong English written and verbal communications skills
Basic knowledge in programming languages such as Python, Java.
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL)
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
Proven experience in business operation improvement, demonstrating a track record of enhancing business processes and operations.
UI experience is a plus.
