The Customer Entitlement Services (CES) for Oracle Health provides validated customer assets and entitlement data to the Customer Deal Desk (CDD), Client Renewals, and Client Account Executive (Sales) teams for generating Quotes and Order Documents for various business transactions for Oracle health, including extension, renewal, expansion, migration, termination, amendments etc. Due to the structure of legacy transactional metadata and data migration challenges, the customer entitlement data in Oracle Systems is not reliable and needs to be validated by the CES team against the customer contracts. This is a critical and foundation activity for any transaction involving existing customer/contract base. With the recent centralization of the process all team members are going through a steep learning curve to deliver on the requests received by them
