Business Analyst 4-Ops

To support Cloud Sales and coordinate with the Customer Deal Desk Team, you will engage with our customers on high value, high visibility, strategic and complex, opportunities to grow Oracle Tech Cloud business in China. On a daily basis, you will be involved in the critical phase of the deal execution to ensure consensus order fulfillment for best customer experience
Responsibilities:
Assist Sales team to engage with strategic clients. May act as Customer point of contact for assigned Oracle strategic clients Facilitate Large and Complex Cloud deals operation processing through customer activation Know when to defer to functional stakeholders for resolution during Customer engagement Provide dedicated support for assigned deal(s) , participating regular cadence calls, taking necessary actions to ensure the deal to a successful conclusion Work proactively with Sales and deal managers to develop a realistic order fullfilment plan, including identifying key milestones, anticipating potential issues and identifying resolutions Facilitate internal discussions amongst functional stakeholders to reach practical business solutions to customer order issues. Act as Customer Deal Desk Management extended team member to support order exectuion Periodically report stratetic deal order execution status Other responsibilities as may be deemed appropriate by management; Location :BJ/SH
Experience & Qualifications:
Fluent English, also excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable communicating with senior level executives Basic Legal knowledge, experience in drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts will be a plus Project management skills and ability to document and track key milestones of a project/order Comfortable operating in a fast paced and high-pressure environment Proficient in MS Office.Competencies:
