Job Responsibilities:

Prepare for business requirement meetingsPrepare participants with information for the purpose of requirement analysis meetingExplain AMANDA features and capabilitiesAssist with AMANDA software configuration and workflow capabilitiesConduct interviews and detailed requirement gatherings during the meetings with the Business Offices. Gather requirements in standard templatesDocument template and reporting capabilities within AMANDA softwarePresent demo of configured AMANDA applicationDocument pre-condition and post-action event rules in AMANDA softwareStandardize and document various processes in AMANDA softwareAssess and review the business capabilities with each Business OfficeAssist in the documentation and analysis of business scope, standardization, requirements, user stories, test cases, success criteria, etc. Prepare process flow documentationReview and validate requirements with the technical teamConduct requirement reviews with Business Offices for signoffProvide input to the Solutions Architect and development team for implementation Provide support to the QA team during the testing phases of the projectAssist in the UAT and User Training activities

General Skills:

Ability to generate insights from information for standardizationExperience working in AGILE with understanding of Scrum processesExperience working with Microsoft Vizio to depict Business process FlowsGood documentation skills and being able to articulate business requirements in an understandable form including documenting Functional SpecificationsGood presentation skills and be able to demonstrate to business usersExpertise in translating business requirements to technical requirementsWork with business teams as well as technical teamExperience in Requirements management tool like JIRA, Azure DevOps.
