About Your Role:

Gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements as they relate to Corporate Real Estate technologies.Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.Analyzing commercial data such as costs, benefits, utilization and spend forecasts to develop high level business cases.Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.Creating functional specifications for solutions. Supporting business transition and helping to establish change.

About You:

At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.BSC or BA degreeExcellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills.Exceptional documentation, process mapping and capture skills.Strong Excel skills, with experience modelling and analyzing financial data considered highly desirable. A proven ability to apply analytical, critical, and logical thinking modes to make recommendations that solve problems and move the business foreword.Great attention to detail. Committed, able to work to deadlines, priorities and juggle between tasks. Experience in technology and/or Commercial Real Estate desirable.
